FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS. Every piece — whether a $9 stone bracelet or a $158 hand‑crafted teapot — ships to you at no extra charge. That is our promise, because well‑made craft goods should be accessible, not barrier‑heavy.

Order processing takes up to 48 hours. Orders placed before 3 PM CST are processed the same day; after 3 PM, the next business day. Fragile ceramic and ink‑stone pieces are double‑wrapped in foam and wooden crates to survive the journey.

International delivery: 7‑20 business days via DHL/FedEx/ePacket, depending on destination and customs clearance. Due to Chinese customs procedures, some countries/regions may take 15‑30 days. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs holds, or courier issues.

TRACKING: Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Track it via the courier's website or our Track Order page. Note: tracking info may take 24‑48 hours to show in the courier system — this is normal.
